Display terminals overview

HP 700/60 terminals have always offered the highest levels of user comfort, safety, productivity and economy. Now those benefits are multiplied...

The HP 700/70 Windowing Terminal is a high quality, mouse-driven windowing environment for fast, multi-session windowing to multiple UNIX hosts. Not only is it a complete solution, including host window management software, it runs existing UNIX applications unmodified.

A built in ROM card door on both models allows easy, cost-effective upgrades from the 700/60 ASCII text terminal to the 'windowing' 700/70 display terminal. It also provides built-in upgradability to future 700/70 upgrades.
