XXX how ESR incorporated SCO's terminal database in 1995, and how it has evolved since then.

XXX make the point based on vt100-nam that SCO's source came from 4.2BSD, which had no copyright notice, not 4.3BSD (make table showing diffstat for comments and capabilities).
